More than fifty chefs and owners of top Polish restaurants gathered at the Olsztyn II farm to explore the technology of sturgeon breeding and caviar production.

The main idea of Antonius Caviar ​​President, Mr. Antoni Łakomiak, was to show the highest standards in every part of the process leading to the final product - the premium quality caviar. Feeding is an important part of it, as it influences significantly the quality of caviar.

CEO of Aller Aqua Poland, Jacek Juchniewicz, gave a presentation on sturgeon feeding and Aller Aquas special attention to quality systems and production management at this meeting, which took place on 1st October in Poland.

Antonius Caviar is a Polish producer and has become number two in Europe and number four in the world and is still growing.
