Our R&D team is seeking a highly motivated Technical Coordinator who is ready to contribute to our collaborative environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our team primarily in Norway, Germany and Denmark, coordinate research data, and support groundbreaking projects that shape the future of aquaculture.

About the Role

As a Technical Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead Data Collection: Gather and process data from R&D projects and commercial trials, focusing on field activities in Norway and other Nordic markets.

  • Conduct Feeding Trials: Plan, organize, and conduct fish feeding trials on various farms and research centers, ensuring adherence to protocols and local conditions.

  • Present Results: Evaluate and present trial results to the R&D department, Norwegian authorities, farms, customers, and research institutes.

  • Support Sales and Marketing: Provide technical support at events and seminars and assist in the development of new commercial products.

You will report to the Head of Research located in Germany but will have a close collaboration and tasks related to the daily leader in Norway.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Educational Background: A B.Sc. or preferably an M.Sc. in Aquaculture, Biology, or a related field.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Norwegian and English.

  • Technical Proficiency: Good skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

  • Personal Competences: Enhanced organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. You are service-minded, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to understand and maintain complex relationships.
