The event that brings Aller Aqua's family together every year, was held on the 23rd-24th of November 2022. 

The opportunity to meet with coworkers from all over the world, both physically and virtually, has been incredible. 

The event provided opportunities for knowledge sharing, networking, keynote speakers and discussion panels where important cases were raised and solutions were proposed. 

Aller Aqua's R&D Department ensures long-term research and solid data collection to back up the methodology presented.

The expertise and input from Aller Aqua's R&D Department is critical in order to make long-term changes in the aquaculture industry. 

Changes that provide solutions, educate, and help develop aquaculture farmers so they can continue to be profitable, and bring food to the table for many people across the world.
