YOUR MISSION AS GROUP MARKETING MANAGER
As our Group Marketing Manager, you will set a strategic direction for global marketing efforts, sharpen our communications, and strengthen our brand consistency across international markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a talented international team, inspire creativity, and ensure our brand stands out in the bustling B2B sector.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Driving strategic development of our corporate marketing toolbox and brand identity
Supporting, training and educating sales and market expansion initiatives
Leading and motivating a high-performing international marketing team
Crafting innovative marketing strategies tailored to diverse markets
Elevating Aller Aqua’s brand presence and reputation worldwide
Conducting market analyses, orchestrating events, and nurturing commercial excellence
Developing methodologies which keep us ahead in the global aquaculture landscape

You are a passionate, energetic marketing professional with a solid B2B background and a knack for strategic thinking. You excel in translating high-level vision into actionable plans which resonate locally. With a relevant degree and proven experience, you are skilled at balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational excellence.

A deep understanding of communication, branding, and customer journey mapping in a B2B context
The ability to motivate and collaborate across cultures and disciplines
Strong leadership qualities and a natural talent for coaching and developing teams
