Aller Aqua Group finalizes the sale of all its shares in Aller Aqua Zambia

In December 2025, Aller Aqua Group finalized the sale of all its shares in Aller Aqua Zambia to local ownership. Following this transaction, the company has been renamed, and Aller Aqua Group no longer has any involvement in its operations.

Our strategic focus remains on driving successful sales growth across other countries on the African continent. Fish feed for these markets will be supplied from Aller Aqua factories both within Africa and internationally
