Official opening of the Liberi School
The school has four classes ranging from “Baby” to Grade 1, with 144 students in total. In addition to the four fully furnished classrooms, also toilet blocks, administration offices, a canteen and houses for the teachers have been built. This year three additional classrooms will be built to accommodate Grade 2, a library and computer room and a classroom for children that require additional learning support.
The Liberi Foundation wishes to contribute in the field of underprivileged children in Zambia and has therefore initiated this project. You can read more about the Liberi foundation here:
For Aller Aqua Zambia it has been important to support a local initiative. The school will benefit the community in many ways, and the project supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education.
