Meet Blerta Sulaj at Aller Aqua - Group Commercial Development

Connecting expertise, content, and digital platforms

The knowledge we build is the knowledge we share

At Aller Aqua, Blerta Sulaj works across both content and digital platforms to ensure that the company’s expertise is ongoingly shared across the globe.

Role and background

Blerta Sulaj is part of Group Commercial Development at Aller Aqua and has been with the company since 2021.

She brings a background of higher studies in biology and international marketing, working between technical knowledge and communication. Her role sits where these meet, ensuring that complex topics are presented clearly and in sync with today's digital developments.

About the work

Blerta’s work starts long before the first sentence is written. It begins with asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, clarifying details, and understanding what truly matters to experts in the field.

At Aller Aqua, a lot of knowledge sits with the people who work with it every day. My role is to help bring that forward so it can be shared, understood, and used by others in the industry. That usually starts with conversations. Interviews, input from specialists, and back-and-forth until things are clear. From there, it becomes articles and content that stay close to how things are actually done in practice.

Content

The content is developed together with colleagues and R&D specialists across the Aller Aqua organization. It’s based on real work, real challenges, and real experience in aquaculture.

The goal is not to make things sound simple but to make them make sense, and reflect our real values as an organization.

Digital platforms

Just as important as the content itself is where and how it’s presented. Blerta works with the structure behind it, making sure it’s easy to find, easy to read, and consistent across platforms.

Content and platform go hand in hand. If one doesn’t work, neither does the other.
